Versions and changes

This is version 2.1.0.

Within a version, the API only grows. Fields and operations can be added. Nothing is removed, renamed or changes type, no field becomes nullable, and no input becomes required. Write your code to ignore fields it doesn’t know, and it keeps working.

A new major version is the only way something can break, and it says so in its number. 2.0.0 made a key required for public operations.

The contract is checked into Biiikes’s repository and published at biiikes.com/api/openapi.json, as OpenAPI 3.1. Every change is checked against the last published version before it ships, and these docs are built from the same file.
